Shengyuan Wang 王圣远

I am currently a first-year doctoral student in the College of AI at Tsinghua University. I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Yong Li.

My research interests are centered on

• Multimodal Learning: Knowledge understanding and generation at the intersection of vision and language.

• AI for Science & Social Good: Developing and applying state-of-the-art AI to drive breakthroughs in both natural and social sciences.

• Cognitive Intelligence: Exploring the core computational principles of intelligence, including perception, reasoning, memory, and emotion.

I received a bachelor’s degree from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University. In the last few years, I have had the privilege of being a member of several distinguished research groups, including the Chicago Human+AI Lab, the Conversational AI Group and the Knowledge Engineering Group. These experiences have been invaluable in shaping my academic and professional journey.
